Refund & Return Policy
Because each item is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and color selections carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled or changed.
Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur due to differences in garment dyeing, printing, and computer or phone displays and are not considered defects.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
